Group Study Rooms

Study rooms

These rooms can be booked for up to 3 hours per day. Bookings can be made at the Library Desk.  The rooms are air-conditioned and contain whiteboards and audio visual equipment. Whiteboard markers are available on request. If you arrive more than ten minutes late for your booking the room may be given to another group.

Audio-visual equipment

In each Group Study room there is a television, DVD player, and video player. One room has stereo equipment and there are two portable CD/Cassette stereos available from the Library Desk. They are for use in the library only.

Twist Library - Hawke's bay

Twist Library has twelve rooms available for group study.
Two of the group study rooms (3 & 4) are fitted out for collaborative online learning and contain five networked computers.

Tairāwhiti Library - Gisborne

Tairāwhiti Library has two small group study rooms and one large one with a tv and computer.
Tairawhiti Library also has available a large quiet room for individual study. This room cannot be booked for group work.
