Iwi Registrations
Some iwi have scholarships and grants available to assist you financially while studying at EIT. To be eligible for iwi funding you need to register with your iwi, this will require whakapapa or genealogical information. We have provided a list of iwi websites for you to check.
To talk to us directly, please make an appointment at the Service Desk in the Library.
You should keep the following in mind:-
- Not all iwi have funding available for education
- You may need to provide whakapapa links to be registered with your iwi
- While your whanau may be registered with an iwi, you may need to register as an individual.
